Every detail came together for this bridal shower at the exclusive San Vicente Bungalows in Los Angeles! This chic, garden-inspired affair with bespoke details was a pleasure to photograph. An intimate party of loved ones gathered to shower the beautiful bride, Sophie, and share an afternoon of laughter, happy tears, games, and gift-opening. The delicious meal served by the bungalow staff was icing on the cake!

Hosting a Private Event at San Vicente Bungalows

Sophie’s aunt, Robin, spared no expense to ensure an unforgettable celebration for her niece. She selected the San Vicente Bungalows, a members-only social club frequented by A-list celebrities, as the event venue for its convenient West Hollywood location, beauty, and distinct allure. The bungalows are famed for their discretion. In fact, the proprietors don’t permit cameras onsite except within the event space! I was honored to have the opportunity to shoot there. The venue’s interior design has English influences, so it was perfect for Sophie’s garden-inspired bridal shower.

What to Know About Booking Professional Bridal Shower Photography

As a Los Angeles-based photographer, I love photographing events, especially bridal showers! When brides and their families book me, we discuss what they want from their investment. For example, do they want more posed photos or candid shots? We can always set aside additional time for group portraits, too! By discussing in advance how many groups you’d like me to photograph, we can budget sufficient time.

After group shots conclude, I blend into the background, allowing the event to unfold organically and documenting it all. These are often the shots my clients love the most!
