I am so excited to share this Redondo Beach Engagement session! One of the best parts of living in California is all of the incredible beaches we have! I love being able to shoot my couples portraits in such gorgeous places. All so close to Los Angeles! Kristen and Caylan wanted their engagement session to feel relaxed, and authentic. We chose Redondo Beach, one of my favorite spots! I love coming here for evening sunsets, and it was in bloom for Kristen and Caylan’s session! The azaleas and flowers were so bright and colorful and really made for the perfect backdrop.
Redondo Beach Engagement
We started the shoot in the garden walkway to the coast. Kristen chose a blue patterned dress, that had beautiful off the shoulder sleeves. I love how she kept it comfortable, but fashionable! Caylan wore black jeans and a simple white t-shit, to compliment her dress. Kristen is just so stunning – and I love how the light looked as the two danced with each other! It was every photographer’s dream!
At the end of the session, we headed down to the beach, and kicked off our shoes for some fun! The couple ran right into the water, and had so much! The sunset gave us the most perfect light – there really is nothing better than the beach at sunset! I wanted to make sure this couple had a lot of fun during their shoot. I know how nervous it can be in front of the camera! But by the end of the session, the couple was all smiles and laughs! They didn’t want the day to end!
