Sarah and Jordan had their family and friends come and celebrate their wedding in a sweet backyard setting earlier this year. Their day was filled with so many colorful touches! Sarah wore navy blue Converse and had her bridesmaids in matching pairs. Her ladies wore shades of blush and lavender. The bride’s bouquet was stunning, and was filed with lots of hot pink! She had daylilies, peonies, and orchids in various shades of pink. The groom and his groomsmen kept it simple with a white button-down shirts and khaki pants.
The couple’s ceremony took place in the backyard, with a traditional chuppah draped in lace and flowers. It was a sweet ceremony – that ended with the breaking of the glass! The reception was just steps away, in the backyard. The couple included lots of colors, including mint napkins, and purple floral centerpieces. They even made sure there were heaters, in case the guests got cold as the sun set.
Sarah and Jordan were so creative, and made many of the elements themselves! Instead of paper escort cards, guests all got a plant to take home. For a Photo Booth backdrop, they had a large canvas handing, with the quote “Together is a beautiful place to be”. Not only was it a great Photo Booth backdrop, but it also made for some cute portraits of the couple! There were Kodak cameras and lots of props for the booth, which guests loved.
