There’s something so special about proposing at a place that holds so much meaning to your story. For Grace and Nick, UCLA wasn’t just where they went to college- it was where their journey together began. So, when Nick decided it was time to pop the question, he knew the perfect place to ask. With the iconic UCLA campus as their backdrop, Nick planned an unforgettable surprise proposal near Perloff Hall. Every detail was as romantic as it was personal.

Right outside Perloff Hall, he and his family set up a beautiful display featuring a giant, glowing “Marry Me” sign. To make the scene even more magical, an aisle lined with blue and white rose petals guided Grace to him. It was a nice touch to UCLA’s iconic blue and white colors! They got everything ready while Grace was getting her group graduation photos taken with all of her friends. UCLA graduates wear white, so it was perfect!

When Grace arrived on the scene, dressed in a chic white mini dress and heels, she was greeted by the glowing sign and Nick waiting at the end of the candlelit path. With a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of champagne ready, he got down on one knee and asked the question she’d been waiting for. To top it all off, Nick had arranged for their friends to join them afterward to celebrate and see her beautiful new ring.
