Ace’s Construction Themed Second Birthday Party in LA

I am so excited to share this sweet and fun birthday with you all! Ace turned 2 this summer, and his parents, Heather and Josh Altman from Million Dollar Listing LA, wanted to give him the best birthday party ever. Their son loves trucks, so they chose a construction theme party. And they made sure no detail was overlooked! This couple know the importance of design and theme and went all out for Ace’s second birthday.

The theme was everywhere – from the front of the house to the cookies and snacks! Guests arrived at their home greeted by construction signs. Instead of a red carpet, they had a street carpet laid out for everyone to walk on. The playhouse was covered in balloons, and they even had a balloon display with Ace’s name. They had a bouncy house, sand digging area, a painting station, and face painter, and a balloon artist!

Construction Themed Birthday Details

To make the backyard transform into a construction site, they had a Bobcat exacter on-site, and plenty of traffic cones and signs. They even had mini-construction vehicles for the kids to play on. Both Heather and Josh wore bright-orange construction vests and hard hats. All of the guests got their own vests and hardhats, and even got mini trucks as gifts!

As the kids played, the parents got to enjoy food and snacks at the tables set up on the patio. The place settings included paper construction plates and little trucks everywhere. The filling-up station had pizza, snacks, and plenty of fun touches. An ice cream truck came to give out ice cream pops for the kids, and there was a whole dessert table for everyone to enjoy. Even their cake was construction-themed!

The kids, and adults, and so much fun for Ace’s second birthday. There were so many giggles, laughter, and fun! I loved being there to capture all of these details and photograph these memories they will always cherish.
