Aydin's First Birthday Party - Karina Pires Photography

Aydin had such a fun first birthday party at The Manhattan Country Club in Los Angeles! The theme was all things bear – from bear books, bear stuffed animals, and bear themed cocktails, this party had it all! There were so many fun activities for both adults and kids, including a bubble artist. This intimate party was designed to a T by Say I Do To Details. They incorporated lots of greenery into the décor, with eucalyptus and trees brought in.

Large farm tables were used, and lined with eucalyptus runners, with cute centerpieces that said “Aydin is one” The kid’s tables had black fur stools for them to sit on, and each kid had a coloring book, and a stuffed bear to take home. There were even bear ears for everyone to wear! They had a guest book that each person signed, and wrote a sweet note on a bear paw. Each bear paw was glued in, with so many sweet notes.

The main display was the incredible cake and dessert table! Say I Do To Details Party Shop created a balloon wall, and the clear balloons even had greenery in them. There was a large table with lots of treats, like cake pops, mini cupcakes, and a large cake. The desserts also sat on patterned columns, for lots of dimension. My favorite treats were the custom cookies – there were bears, the number one, and bear paws.

During the party, I made sure to capture some family pictures, with both mom, dad and big brother! A child’s first birthday party is such a fun time – and Aydin’s was so memorable! Thank you for letting me photograph this fun party!
